🚫 No Returns Policy (and Why)


Due to the delicate nature of our baby products and to maintain the highest hygiene standards, we do not accept returns once a product is delivered.

This policy ensures:

  • Every piece you receive is fresh, unused, and safe for your little one.
  • We uphold the trust and cleanliness that baby care demands.
  • We reduce waste, unnecessary handling, and support sustainable small business practices.


What We Do Accept


We offer replacements or exchanges only if:

  • You received the wrong product
  • The item is damaged in transit
  • There’s a manufacturing defect

  • Your order number
  • A clear photo of the issue
  • The original packaging (if possible)

📦 Packaging Note


All products are sealed with hygiene tags or protective packaging. Any item with a broken tag or signs of use will not be eligible for replacement.

We request you to try items over a diaper and check sizing before removing any labels or tags.
